30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. Simply contact us to get started.

Exceptions: If you need more time, email us for approval.

Lost Packages: Submit claims within 10 days of the estimated delivery date.

Our Mistakes: If we made an error with your order, we'll cover the return shipping costs and offer a replacement or full refund.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original packaging. If you have any questions or need an exception, please contact us.

If you notice an issue with your order, please email us at support@allulossplus.com with a brief explanation and a photo. We’ll review your claim and provide a resolution promptly.

Replacement/Refund Exemptions

We cannot offer refunds or replacements in the following situations:

Wrong Address: If the address you provide is incorrect, the shipment will return to us. You'll need to cover the reshipment costs.

Unclaimed Shipments: If a shipment goes unclaimed and returns to us, you'll need to cover the reshipment costs.

Damage & Issues

Please inspect your items upon delivery. If they are defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Exchanges

To exchange a product, contact us first. We’ll cancel the original order, allowing you to place a new one.

Order Cancellations

Before Shipment: Cancel within 24 hours for a full refund. Email us at support@allulossplus.com with your order details. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days.

After Shipment: If you cancel after 24 hours but before delivery, you’ll receive a full refund minus shipping and a $15 restocking fee. Reject the delivery and once we receive the item, the refund will be processed within 10 business days.

Return Shipping & Restocking Fees

Our Fault: We cover return shipping if the error is ours.

Customer's Choice: If you change your mind or ordered the wrong item, you'll cover the return shipping and a 15% restocking fee.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

Check your bank account.

Contact your credit card company as it might take some time for the refund to post.

Contact your bank for processing times.

If you still haven't received your refund, please contact our support team for assistance.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the refund status. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
